It was really dynamic to have an audience that was a mix of learners, users and experts, and really eye opening for me to see the range of questions that were being asked. It&#039;s so easy to take things for granted and assume that everyone has the same knowledge base.</description>

		<description>I agree that the format of the event and the unexpected diversity of the crowd was a little unnerving at first, but it turned out to be rather successful. 

It was nice to see such an inspiring range of women with different levels of use / knowledge of Social Media able to get together and talk about their issues or share their knowledge.</description>
